Terms of Service
Last updated: draft, not yet reviewed by counsel.
The service
Invytora is a digital invitation platform. You buy a template once, personalise it into your own invitation, and publish it at a link you share with your guests. There is no subscription: a purchase grants perpetual access to the invitation you build with it, for as long as Invytora operates the service.
Payments and refunds
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all purchases and handles billing, tax, and payment processing on our behalf. Refund requests are reviewed by a person, not resolved automatically. If an invitation is refunded for abuse of the service, we may unpublish it.
Credits granted to your account — whether purchased, comped, or adjusted by support — never expire.
Content you upload
By uploading a photo, a name, a date, or any other content to your invitation, you warrant that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it. You are solely responsible for what you upload.
We may remove or unpublish content — including an entire invitation — that we determine, in our own judgment, to be infringing, offensive, or unlawful, without needing your prior consent to do so. When we do, we will always notify you by email explaining what happened and why.
An account found to be a repeat source of infringing or abusive content will have its access terminated.
Tora and AI features
Tora and any other AI-assisted features act only on your own invitation draft — the text, images, and settings you have entered — and never on any other customer's content.
